Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space on the sides.
  3. Top the chicken mixture with a handful of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. For extra crispiness, heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a refreshing cold option.
