  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger Freshly grated for better flavor
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil into a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped green onions, cooking for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and add ground ginger; mix well and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  6. Serve hot, optionally topped with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, or Sriracha.
