Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the crust, followed by the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, ensuring it covers all the ingredients.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
