- Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- On one slice of bread, layer the sliced turkey breast, followed by the crispy bacon, tomato slices, and romaine lettuce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Press gently to secure the layers.
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately.
