Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with taco seasoning until well combined.
Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
Layer the seasoned ground beef, cooked rice, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the filling, then place the second tortilla on top.
Carefully flip the burrito so the cheese side is facing down in the skillet.
Spread half of the butter on the top tortilla and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Carefully flip the burrito and spread the remaining butter on the other side. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and both sides are crispy.
Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
