- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the extra lean ground beef, Italian pork sausage, eggs, milk, and 2 cups of crushed Doritos.
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Press half of the meat mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the meat layer in the baking dish.
