Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the Twinkie pan.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the vanilla and sifted dry ingredients.
  5. Mix warm milk and melted butter, then fold into the batter.

  7. Cool in the pans for a few minutes, then on a wire rack.
  8. Beat filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
