- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Whisk for 1-2 minutes.
 - Melt the unsalted butter and add it to the dry mixture along with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir for about 3 minutes until thick and sticky.
 - Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. If using nuts, add them here and mix gently.
 - Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly firm.
 - Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
