Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix together the apple cider, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Brush the warm loaf with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
- Slice and serve for a cozy morning treat.
