Casserole Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, and well-drained frozen spinach. Mix well.
- Mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until creamy.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over breadcrumbs.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
