Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds with milk. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Blend raspberries until smooth to make the raspberry puree. Strain if desired.
- After 5 minutes, add sweetener to the chia mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Layer raspberry puree and chia mixture in serving cups. Finish with raspberry puree on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
