Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds with milk. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend raspberries until smooth to make the raspberry puree. Strain if desired.
  3. After 5 minutes, add sweetener to the chia mixture and stir thoroughly.
  4. Layer raspberry puree and chia mixture in serving cups. Finish with raspberry puree on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
