Step-by-Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F, or set your air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each piece to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the middle of each flattened dough round.
