- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until creamy and well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings throughout.
- Lay out your tortillas and add a generous scoop of the chicken mixture to the center of each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla from one end, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Once browned, flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
