Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.

  3. Pour in chicken or seafood broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Once bubbling, add sweet corn and cook for 10 minutes.
