Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 large slices of deli-style provolone cheese for wrapping

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded provolone cheese until well blended.
  4. Lay out a slice of deli provolone cheese on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the steak and vegetable mixture onto the cheese, then roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
