Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded provolone cheese until well blended.
Lay out a slice of deli provolone cheese on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the steak and vegetable mixture onto the cheese, then roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
