  • 6 slices Deli Ham Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Grated Gruyère or Sharp Cheddar Cheese Gruyère can be replaced with mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out one sheet of thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 10x12 inches.
  2. Spread the Mustard: Spread 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Layer the Ham and Cheese: Layer 6 slices of deli ham and 1 cup of grated Gruyère or sharp cheddar cheese over the mustard.
  4. Roll the Pastry: Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Repeat with Remaining Ingredients: Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and remaining ingredients.
  6. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the second log chills.
  7. Slice the Pinwheels: Slice the logs into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut-side up on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  8. Bake the Pinwheels: Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
