- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13x9 inch pan.
- Mix together the unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and egg until crumbly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Reserve 1.5 cups of the mixture for the topping and press the rest into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Spread the seedless raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Crumble the reserved mixture over the jam layer and gently press down.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
