Dough
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Pizza Dough or biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted for richness
Cheese Filling
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese shredded, low-moisture for easier handling
  • 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded for flavor
Seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

  • 1 large Egg beaten for egg wash
Garnish
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary for decoration
  • 6 pieces Halved Cherry Tomatoes bright accents
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper Star for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Allow refrigerated dough to come to room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Melt unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
Assembly
  1. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape and cut out circles.
  2. Mix together mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.
  3. Brush one side of each dough circle with garlic butter mixture.
  4. Stack dough circles on the baking sheet, alternating with layers of cheese.
  5. Brush the assembled dough tree with garlic butter and beaten egg.
  6. Garnish with rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper star on top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
