Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine 1 can of jellied cranberry sauce, 1 cup of chili sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce is smooth and warm.
- Stir in 32 ounces of frozen pre-cooked meatballs into the sauce, making sure each meatball is generously coated. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat to medium-low, and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the Christmas Cranberry Meatballs to a serving dish or a slow cooker set to warm. Garnish with fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs.
