  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
