Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Tzatziki Bowls
  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken breast with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix drained cucumber with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a grill pan over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
