Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of the batter into the center of the skillet and swirl to spread into a thin layer. Cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Gently flip the wrap and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until light golden brown.
  5. Transfer the cooked wrap to a plate and allow to cool for about 2-3 minutes, then repeat with remaining batter.
  6. For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter into circular shapes, preheat oven to 350°F, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Once wrapped, fill with your favorite ingredients for a delicious snack.
