- In a blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth.

- Gently flip the wrap and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until light golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked wrap to a plate and allow to cool for about 2-3 minutes, then repeat with remaining batter.
- For baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter into circular shapes, preheat oven to 350°F, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
