- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread pecans evenly on the prepared baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- Drop generous dollops of the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, aiming for around 12 clusters.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans atop each chocolate dollop and press gently into the chocolate.
- Drizzle caramel sauce generously over each chocolate pecan mound and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Let the clusters cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate to speed up the process.
