  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 8 tortillas Tortillas flour or corn

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crockpot Fajitas
  1. Layer with the sliced bell peppers and large, sliced onions in the slow cooker.
  2. Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  3. Mix chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle over the chicken.
  4. Spread minced garlic over the chicken and pour in chicken broth around the edges.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the entire mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
