- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly sprinkle flour on your workspace and roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Brush the rolled-out puff pastry with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, and salt evenly across the pastry.
- Fold the puff pastry lengthwise and press down along the edges to seal.
- Cut the folded pastry into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
- Twist each pastry strip several times to create a corkscrew shape and arrange on the baking sheet.
