Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly sprinkle flour on your workspace and roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush the rolled-out puff pastry with the beaten egg.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, and salt evenly across the pastry.
  5. Fold the puff pastry lengthwise and press down along the edges to seal.
  6. Cut the folded pastry into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
  7. Twist each pastry strip several times to create a corkscrew shape and arrange on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Optionally, sprinkle more Parmesan or rosemary after baking and allow to cool slightly before serving.
