Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you prepare the sauce.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle the garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
