Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In the center, place a generous portion of crumbled feta cheese, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Fold the sides of the phyllo over the feta filling and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose.
  5. Brush more olive oil on top of each roll and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling generously with homemade chili honey and serve.
