- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush one sheet of phyllo with olive oil, then layer another sheet on top, brushing with olive oil as well.
- In the center, place a generous portion of crumbled feta cheese, leaving space around the edges.
- Fold the sides of the phyllo over the feta filling and roll tightly from the bottom to enclose.
- Brush more olive oil on top of each roll and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling generously with homemade chili honey and serve.
