  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or use fresh garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked for added flavor.

  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauce Extra honey mustard or your favorite.

Preparation Steps

  2. Press the firm tofu for about 15 minutes, then slice into 1-inch strips.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey and mustard until smooth.
  4. Coat each tofu strip with the honey mustard mixture and roll in breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange coated tofu strips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
