- Press the firm tofu for about 15 minutes, then slice into 1-inch strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey and mustard until smooth.
- Coat each tofu strip with the honey mustard mixture and roll in breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange coated tofu strips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
