- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cover with a damp cloth. Brush a sheet with olive oil and fold it into quarters, then press it into a muffin tin.
- Crumble the feta cheese and fill each phyllo cup just below the rim with feta.
- Bake the muffin tin for approximately 10 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey over each cup. Optionally sprinkle red pepper flakes.
- Let the phyllo cups cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying warm.
