For the Coleslaw

Method
 

Chicken and Slaw Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add marinated chicken, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil. Toss to combine.
Frying and Assembling
  1. Heat about ½ inch of oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry each wonton wrapper for 20–30 seconds until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Assemble tacos by filling each wonton shell with cooked chicken, topping with slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
