Chicken and Slaw Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add marinated chicken, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
- In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil. Toss to combine.
Frying and Assembling
- Heat about ½ inch of oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry each wonton wrapper for 20–30 seconds until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Assemble tacos by filling each wonton shell with cooked chicken, topping with slaw, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
