  5. Spread seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter chopped bacon over the top.
  6. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure even cooking.
  7. In the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon, then return to the oven.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
