Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then slice each in half.
  4. Chop the bacon into small pieces.
  5. In a large bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Sprinkle chopped bacon over the potatoes.
  8. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  9. In the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with parsley.
