Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your pizza dough. If using store-bought, let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften. Roll out the dough until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 3x3 inch squares. Place them on a floured surface.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the center of each square. Add a couple of pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Carefully fold each dough square over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle shape. Use a fork to crimp the edges securely.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange your filled rolls in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. After cooking, remove the crispy air fryer pizza rolls and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack.
