Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack the large egg and whisk it until fully beaten.
  4. Dip each cod fillet into the beaten egg, then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, then place the coated cod fillets carefully inside.
  7. Cook the cod in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Once cooked, remove the cod from the air fryer and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
