Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this seasoning blend.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken strips. Roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
