Preparation Steps
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken strips in this seasoning blend.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes and spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the seasoned chicken strips in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken strips. Roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
