- Prep the Apples: Rinse and slice the apples into fry-like sticks approximately ½ inch thick. Pat dry to remove moisture.
- Set up the Coating Station: Arrange three shallow bowls with flour, whisked egg and milk, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Coat the Apple Sticks: Dredge apple sticks in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture thoroughly.
