Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your ingredients for a delightful Creamy Zucchini Dip.
  2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into halves or quarters, arrange with peeled garlic on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  3. Roast the zucchini and garlic in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden-brown and tender. Allow to cool briefly.
