Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, almond flour, egg, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until homogeneous, about 2-3 minutes.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Aim for around 12 meatballs.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, and stir to combine. Add Parmesan, spinach, and basil, cooking until spinach wilts, about 3-4 minutes.
- Place cooked meatballs into the sauce and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving over low-carb base.

Notes
Use fresh herbs for better flavor. Ensure uniform meatball size for even cooking. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
