Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5 minutes, flip and sear the other side for another 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk together cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, pour the cream sauce over it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
