Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it into crumbles until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir the cooked sausage into the cream cheese mixture, followed by the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. If using diced tomatoes, fold them in gently.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and transfer the dip mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
