Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar, allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes before adding back the cooked chicken.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, add cayenne pepper and garam masala. Simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Stir in cold butter for a silky finish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with naan and rice.
