- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and onion. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in tomato sauce and sugar, allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes before adding back the cooked chicken.
