Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Form the Truffles by scooping out portions and rolling them into 1-inch balls.
  5. Freeze the Truffles for 15 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Melt the Chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  7. Dip the Truffles into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Set the Dipped Truffles at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with White Chocolate if desired, then allow to set completely.
