  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped

  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or dressing of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, layer the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
  2. Arrange the diced chicken breast evenly over the lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the chicken.
  4. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs in a separate section of the salad.
  5. Place the halved cherry tomatoes next to the eggs.
  6. Add the diced avocado beside the tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the salad.
  8. Top with the thinly sliced red onion.
  9. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the entire salad or serve it on the side.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
