Ingredients

For the Bread
  • 2 cups Mashed Bananas Use overripe bananas for the best moisture and natural sweetness.
  • 1/3 cup Vegan Butter Can be substituted with coconut oil for a different flavor.
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup A natural sweetener; honey works if you're not keeping it vegan.
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Feel free to swap with any plant-based milk.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Choose pure extract for the best taste.
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour Opt for gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Use fresh for the best aroma.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Balances the sweetness and elevates flavor.
