  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips dark chocolate or dairy-free options

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Mixing Bowl
  • 9x9 inch pan
  • Microwave
  • Spatula

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by crushing your graham crackers in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Melt your butter, then mix the crumbs with the melted butter in a large bowl until fully combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together your peanut butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Pour this peanut butter layer over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle the salty pretzels evenly over the peanut butter filling and gently press down to embed them into the mixture.
  4. Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Combine with a tablespoon of peanut butter and whisk until smooth. Pour the ganache over the pretzels.
  5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Once set, slice into squares or rectangles to serve.
