Preparation
- Soften the cream cheese by placing it in a warm area for about 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and half a packet of taco seasoning until smooth.
- Gently fold in the green onions, diced jalapeño, drained chile peppers, half of the cilantro, and chopped white onion.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge, flatten slightly, and shape into a wreath on a platter.
- Mix topping ingredients in a bowl and press onto the cheese wreath.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and diced tomatoes, then chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers and enjoy!
