- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
