For the Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup Parsley

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Season your chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Chimichurri
  1. Chop parsley and garlic, then combine with olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let sit.
Make the Garlic Sauce
  1. Mix mayo or Greek yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
Grill the Chicken
