Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with the frozen tater tots in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
