Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder until smooth, then fold in chicken, bacon, green onions, and cheese.
  3. Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the centers.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the bread with cheese, then spread the filling evenly, followed by more cheese on top.
  5. Brush the outer crust with melted butter, wrap in foil, and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, unwrapping the foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
