- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder until smooth, then fold in chicken, bacon, green onions, and cheese.
- Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the centers.
- Layer the bottom half of the bread with cheese, then spread the filling evenly, followed by more cheese on top.
- Brush the outer crust with melted butter, wrap in foil, and place on the baking sheet.
